A blonde, good-looking young man came up Friday and re-installed Kaleidoscope but now it just keeps updating, never comes up. Can someone please come look at it?

commended for his hard work and I appreciated it greatly especially being
that it is the end of the semester and the assignment he helped me with
was very important to me. Thanks for your time.

Eric,
I would like thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to take all those DELL Certification tests!
I had to request a part today with DELL Premier Access online for a hard drive for a DELL Inspiron 5100. I was about to panic when I tried to use Dan and then Paul, but neither one was certified for Inspiron machines.
When I put your name in, I struck gold!
You have no idea how much time and energy you saved me today.
In the past, I was pleasantly suprised when I found you had certification to work on Latitudes as well, but I just didn't get the chance to acknowledge it.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Keep up the good work!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank the IS team with your promptness on ordering and installing my new pc.  Eric did a wonderful job with the installation, my pc is no longer freezing up and all my programs with graphics are working great.

Thank you all so much, I appreciate all you do.  Keep up the good work!

With time he will become flawless.

I'd like to applaud Eric Bouse for investigating the procedure for using the sysprep tool to create Ghost images that can run on any Dell Optiplex platform.  This has been an issue we've faced for years.  Dell even tried to sell us this 'service' for $10000 per year, which would have required our sending a hard disk to Texas, where they would configure an image for cross-platform use. I gave a training demo yesterday for my folks and plopped a GX240 image onto a GX110 and no blue screen!  This is going to be an important tool. Thanks, Eric!

Please accept my sincerest appreciation for your assisting me with loading, downloading, exporting, and submitting the 2004-05 Upward Bound Annual Performance Report.  Your willingness to help me during every stage of this process ensured that I met the deadline.

Thank you, Eric.

Eric,
I would like to thank you and your staff for all of your contributions in making our LAN event at the Flagler Palm Coast campus such a success. The machines and the programs ran the duration of the event without a single glitch. We had such a good turn out, we are now planning several follow up events in the upcoming weeks. This event would not have been possible without the direct support of you and your staff.

What Pre-1985 Video Game Character Am I? (http://quiz.ravenblack.net/videogame.pl, links below)
Out of the few times I've taken the quiz I pretty much just get these 2 (images are not by me):

What Video Game Character Are You? I am a Gauntlet Adventurer.I am a Gauntlet Adventurer.

I strive to improve my living conditions by hoarding gold, food, and sometimes keys and potions. I love adventure, fighting, and particularly winning - especially when there's a prize at stake. I occasionally get lost inside buildings and can't find the exit. I need food badly. What Video Game Character Are You?

 -or-

What Video Game Character Are You? I am Pacman.I am Pacman.

I am an aggressive sort of personality, out to get what I can, when I can. I prefer to avoid confrontation, but sometimes when it's called for, I can be a powerful character. I tend to be afflicted with munchies constantly. What Video Game Character Are You?
