BASIC
After some exposure to LOGO in 6th grade my first real foray into programming was BASIC.  I had a programming class in High School devoted entirely to GW-BASIC. GW was rather ancient even at that time I'm not sure why we were using it vs. QBasic. Anyways, it required line numbers and had no mouse support and only interpreted code (no compiling), but nonetheless my interest was peaked in programming.
