unity connection – message currently not available
today i verified that a user was unable to listen to a specific voicemail message while logged into unity connection. they could log in fine, but when they chose to play new messages they heard “message currently not available”. the only article i could find regarding this issue was this: https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3307034#3307034
i chose the solution of rebooting the subscriber server and that did indeed solve the problem. if the problem becomes more frequent i’ll have to look into other solutions.
to reboot:
SSH in as system administrator account
run utils system restart
